7. Delivery of Goods

Where physical goods are supplied:

  • Delivery times are estimates only unless expressly agreed otherwise
  • AirDoor is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control
  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided

Ownership of goods remains with AirDoor until full payment has been received.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

As all goods and services are supplied on an enquiry-based basis, cancellation and refund terms will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.

Where applicable, you may have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which cannot be excluded.
